Na Městském úřadě Slezská Ostrava proběhlo 18.2.2026 pracovní setkání s projektovým partnerem MS PAKT, v rámci mezinárodního projektu SteelCityZen ( č. DRP0301318). Cílem jednání bylo zhodnotit dosavadní průběh realizace projektu a naplánovat další kroky.

Hlavním bodem programu byla prezentace výstupu Status quo analysis, zaměřené na aktuální stav trhu práce v regionu, včetně doporučení pro další fázi projektu. Setkání se dále soustředilo na přípravu pilotního provozu Poradenského kariérního centra, vymezení cílových skupin a mapování již dostupných služeb v území.

Partneři se rovněž věnovali personálnímu zajištění centra, nastavení kompetencí kariérního a sociálního poradce i systému evidence klientů. V následujících měsících je plánováno vybavení prostor budoucího poradenského centra. Součástí jednání byla také koordinace oslovení klíčových stakeholderů a navázání možné spolupráce.

On February 18, 2026, a working meeting with the project partner MS PAKT took place at the Municipal Office of Slezská Ostrava as part of the international SteelCityZen project (No. DRP0301318). The aim of the meeting was to evaluate the progress of the project so far and to plan the next steps.

 The main item on the agenda was the presentation of the Status Quo Analysis, focusing on the current state of the labor market in the region, including recommendations for the next phase of the project. The meeting also focused on the preparation of the pilot operation of the Career Counseling Center, the definition of target groups, and the mapping of services already available in the area.

 The partners also discussed staffing for the center, setting the competencies of career and social counselors, and the client registration system. In the coming months, plans are in place to equip the premises of the future counseling center. The meeting also included coordination of outreach to key stakeholders and establishing possible cooperation.
